How We Support You
Our priority is your privacy, dignity and listening to your particular needs and choices. We have a simple approach to provide the highest level of care and support to you in your own home through your social care needs.
The first stage is for us to meet with you for a discussion. This will allow both of us to discuss what your needs are and how to implement them. Based on this, we will agree on a support plan that meets your individual budget either through direct payment or personal budget.
We are aware that our clients are always in need for more personal support and we can help you with your more intimate daily routine such as washing and dressing. And we can provide complex care if you have an illness.
